I actually believe exactly in questions like that, which aren't like testion quests, demanding specific knowledge from the candidate, but still can obtain a good information about his profile based on his answer.

'What would you like to see added/removed/changed in X?' 

where X is one of the development tools they proport to be experts in.

Nothing is perfect and surely if you use a tool everyday you'll have some quite critical opinions about it's good points and bad points.</description>
